One Mortgage System (OMS), technology provider of end-to-end processing platforms for intermediaries, has partnered with automated verification check firm Sikoia.
This partnership will see OMS use Sikoia’s artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to improve mortgage processing efficiency across its CRM and Originations platforms.
OMS will integrate Sikoia’s AI-powered automated document processing solution into its systems to simplify and speed up processes, as well as reduce administrative tasks.
Users of the platforms will be able to process and verify documents including bank statements, payslips and tax returns.
The system is also able to produce automated budget planning, and run income verification and employer checks.
OMS said the partnership will enable its platform to process more than the 5,000 applications per month it currently facilitates.

Sikoia is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as both an account information service provider (AISP) and credit reference provider.
It helps financial services companies to centralise and automate parts of the customer verification process.
