EKeeper has relaunched as Finova Broker, which provides a range of flexible tools that are designed to streamline brokers’ operations, enhance client experiences and improve opportunities.
Under the Finova Broker brand, there will be strengthened investment in tailored client relationship management (CRM) solutions designed to meet brokers’ unique challenges and opportunities.
Its CRM platform now includes features such as digital conveyancing, integrated credit checks and customisable customer retention workflows.
Brokers will also benefit from enhanced customer engagement tools, including automated client and introducer communications and a secure customer portal.
