TSB changes residential, product transfer and additional borrowing rates



High street lender TSB is changing a range of residential, product transfer and additional borrowing rates.

Within its residential range, its two-year fixed rate first-time buyer and homemover deals between 75% and 85% loan to value (LTV) have gone up by around 0.1%. Pricing starts from 4.64%.

The lender is lowering its two-year fixed rate first-time buyer and homemover products at 75% and 90% LTV, which have been cut by 0.15%. Rates begin from 5.24%.

Its residential five-year fixed rate remortgage deals up to 75% LTV will rise by 0.2%. Pricing begins from 4.34%.

On the product transfer side, residential five-year fixed rates up to 75% LTV have increased by around 0.15%.

The firm’s additional borrowing residential five-year fixed rates up to 75% LTV have gone up by 0.15%. The rates start from 4.44%.
