Rosemount Financial Solutions brings on five advice firms in ‘growth drive’

Rosemount Financial Solutions has brought on six advisers from five different advice firms in the last quarter as part of recruitment efforts.

Adam Robinson from Coastline Financial, Graham Nash and Alex Pugh from Castle Stonebridge, David Winder from Rosemount Wealth Management, Shital Patel from Prism Financial and Mike Parker from Avondale Associates joined Rosemount Financial Solutions in the last quarter of 2024.

The network said that, over the course of the year, it had welcomed 31 new advisers, who were attracted to the firm for its “personal touch and family feel”.

Adam Robinson, managing director of Coastline Financial, said: “I chose to work with Rosemount because their reputation as a family-run business with a personal, hands-on approach really resonated.

“They stood out for their strong adviser/business support, wide lender offering, focus on compliance and tech advances, all while maintaining a close-knit, family-oriented culture. The joining process has been smooth, with clear guidance from the Rosemount team.”

Alex Pugh, independent financial planner at Castle Stonebridge, added: “We chose to partner with Rosemount Financial Solutions from having several discussions with other independent adviser networks. Rosemount stood out to us, not only because their reputation is very strong, but they are moving in a forward direction with their ethos perfectly aligning with where we wanted Castle Stonebridge Financial Planning to be.

“Since joining, I have been extremely impressed with their overall adviser support, quick response times, commitment to compliance and simplified processes, which, as an adviser, makes my job easier. This allows me to complete the advice process efficiently whilst ensuring we are doing the right thing for our customers. Without a doubt, I would recommend Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) to any adviser looking to follow the same path we did or any firms who are having difficulties with their current systems.”

Ahmed Bawa (pictured), CEO of Rosemount Financial Solutions, said: “Rosemount enjoyed an incredible, record-breaking year in 2024 and that’s down to our advisers. Across the network, our advisers go the extra mile to deliver for their clients, and our new members embody that ethos. We are committed to providing them with the support they need, whether that’s expanding the lender and provider panel, delivering tailored training or incorporating technology [that] will take on some of the heavy lifting for advisers.

“I have no doubt that with our new advisers on board, and the exciting improvements we have planned for the coming months, 2025 will be another successful year.”

Earlier this month, the firm added Market Financial Solutions to its panel.
