Mortgage advice firm for self-employed people, business owners and investors, Active Mortgages, has selected Acre’s CRM platform to conduct its business.
Active Mortgages will use Acre’s technology to support daily administratives tasks and help with compliance by improving efficiency across the advice journey.
Acre’s mortgage sourcing system pulls criteria from each case to aid the advice journey. Its Client Portal was developed to streamline the client onboarding process, while the platform offers automated suitability reports and dashboards with real-time updates.
Active Mortgages said this technology would streamline business and maximise outcomes.
Gary Das, founder and CEO of Active Mortgages, said, “We are living in a technology age and mortgage firms like ours must leverage to help us do the best for our clients, maximise profits and stay compliant. Acre comes out on top as a tech provider thanks to it being built with an understanding of how brokers work.
“It applies innovative approaches at every touchpoint – from lead generation all the way through to case completion – so we can focus more on the advice and less on the admin. Plus the way it is compliant by design means it’s one less thing for us to worry about.”

“We are thrilled to be supporting Active Mortgages’ business and to bring a step change to their ways of working.”
This year, Acre said it was on track to facilitate £20bn of mortgage lending through its platform.
