Specialist lender Castle Trust Bank has hired Nathan Thorne as regional account manager for the South West.
In his role as a regional account manager for the South West he will take a “proactive approach” with broker firms in the area discussing the lender’s bridging proposition and how it could benefit clients and offer a point of contact for queries during the lending process.
Thorne previously worked at KSEYE for around three years, initially as a senior case manager and then as a telephone business development manager (BDM) before taking on his current role as a BDM.
His C.V also includes junior underwriter at Market Financial Solutions for around a year and lending assessor at OSB.
He also worked as a client engagement officer at CMME in 2017.
Anna Lewis, commercial director at Castle Trust Bank, said: “We are delighted to welcome Nathan to the Castle Trust Bank team to help us grow our business in the South West region.
“With previous experience working at a broker firm and in underwriting functions under his belt, Nathan has a range of skills and expertise to help brokers identify and structure lending solutions to help their property investor clients get more from their portfolios.”
Thorne added: “Castle Trust Bank has an award-winning Bridging proposition and a strong reputation for providing brokers with a unique combination of flexibility and certainty. I’m excited to join the team and play my part in continuing to build on this reputation, helping more brokers in the South West to deliver great outcomes to more of their clients.”
