Conveyancing distributor Conveybuddy has appointed Mark Game (pictured) as its sales director.

Game joins Conveybuddy from Conveyancing Alliance, where he was sales director from 2021 to 2023 and overseeing its full-time operations and sales initiatives.

From 2012 to 2023, Game was senior area director for Broker Conveyancing and Conveyancing Alliance Group covering the South East region. He drove new business opportunities, maintained client relationships and upped monthly volumes through strategic partnerships.

Harpal Singh, CEO at Conveybuddy, said: “I’m really excited to have Mark on board. He’s a sales director who rolls his sleeves up. Having worked with him before, I know how passionate he is about building relationships and adding value. This is a step change appointment for Conveybuddy.”

Game added: “It’s great to be part of the Conveybuddy team. Our proposition offers true transparency, which is often sadly lacking in this marketplace. Brokers and their clients will benefit from clear, concise, and competitive quotes.”

Conveybuddy launched its portal earlier this year that leverages technology to allow cost savings that can be passed onto customers.

The company has also hired Amy Innes as its head of operations.

The firm does not take a large slice of the fee and offers full transparency of fees at quotation for the client.

The company offers products that include surveys and an all-inclusive remortgage package that covers all disbursements and offers a fixed referral fee.

Referral fees are paid the week following exchange on purchases and the week after completion on remortgages.
