Property services provider GoTo Group has made a number of appointments in its agency and broker sales teams as part of its ongoing expansion strategy.
The firm has increased its overall B2B sales team headcount by more than a third in recent months.
This includes Brad Thompson, who has joined GoTo as a national business development manager (BDM). He previously worked at Haart estate agents for 12 years, first as a branch manager, then an area partner.
GoTo has also appointed Adam Henry as a BDM, who joins from Movin Legal, where he was also a BDM for a year-and-a-half.
He also worked at Countrywide for seven years, most recently as senior branch manager, and worked at DM and Co Homes as a branch manager for two years.
Kerrie-Anne Temperley has been appointed account manager, having previously worked at Santander in recruitment roles for three years and JS Law for just over a year as a client account manager.
These recruitments follow the appointment of Melanie Smith as head of customer experience. She previously worked at Spicerhaart for 12 years as its group customer relations manager, LSL as head of compliance for four years, and Purplebricks as head of customer experience for a year.
GoTo said the expansion of its team followed an “impressive record of growth” since its founding in 2016.
Alex Willis, group chief sales officer at GoTo Group, said: “I am thrilled to welcome this team to our fast-growing business and look forward to helping develop more propositions for our estate agency, broker and homemoving customers. GoTo Group’s ‘customer first’ approach is absolutely what the homemoving market needs and the products and services we offer deliver a first-class experience, [which] needs a first-class team to deliver it.
“We are delighted to have secured the services of such a talented group of sales professionals to spearhead the next stage of growth.”
The GoTo Group homemoving platform offers a range of moving services such as conveyancing, surveys and removals.
