Timperley will continue the GFI’s work in the space, including the development of its Certificate in Green Mortgages, which offers training on opportunities offered by green finance solutions.
The certificate was launched in April this year and aims to “help educate mortgage professionals to understand, define and sell green mortgage products”.

Timperley added: “The GFI has done a fantastic job of driving the mortgage market toward more green lending for UK homeowners.
