Bridging lender KSEYE has launched a Lite product range that covers residential, commercial and mixed-use building.
The bridging product range is available for properties in London and the Home Counties with a headline rate for residential deals starting from 0.74%.
Commercial bridging products in this range begin from 1.05% and mixed-use bridging deals start from 0.95%.
The Lite range will offer brokers a “clear, fast solution for more straightforward bridging cases, providing clients with a competitive and reliable source of funding”.
The range launch is in response to a high volume of enquiries so far this year, which identified a need for a “more predictable bridging loan products, with competitive upfront pricing”.

Earlier this KSEYE doubled its maximum loan size to £50m following an increased appetite for large loans.
