Legal & General (L&G) Home Finance has launched a new video support service for advisers.
The Video Support Hub offers brokers information and easy-to-access video guides on L&G’s lending criteria.
There are short clips on a range of topics associated with L&G’s lifetime mortgage products.
Various topics are covered including estimating property values, help with legal process requirements, and lending criteria around a property’s construction and its proximity to commercial buildings.
Improving the broker experience
The hub has been designed so that it can be accessed on the go to ensure advisers can tap into the support wherever they are and at any time.
More videos will be added to the hub following its launch.
