Conveyancing intermediary platform Movin Legal has joined the Bridging and Development Lenders Association (BDLA) as an associate member.
Movin Legal’s conveyancing platform offers bridging conveyancing, auction purchases and commercial property.
The platform has a panel of experts in investment and development property, both residential and commercial, with tightly managed and monitored deadlines and a fixed-fee guarantee.
The BDLA represents bridging and development lenders, as well as their customers.
The association has 44 associate members, 45 lender members and loan books in excess of £9.1bn.
The trade body has recently welcomed Belleveue Mortlakes, Inspired Lending and Saible as members.
