NatWest has increased select mortgage rates by 0.1%, taking effect on 22 November.
The changes apply to products for new business and include two- and five-year fixed rate residential, first-time buyer, shared equity, Help to Buy and green mortgages up to 85% loan to value (LTV).
For example, its 60% LTV purchase product, fixed for two years with a £1,495 fee, has risen from 4.22% to 4.32%. The option with a £995 fee has gone up to 4.37% and the fee-free option has moved to 4.59%.
At the upper LTV tiers, the 80% equivalents now have rates of 4.73%, 4.78% and 5.04% respectively.
The five-year fixed purchase product at 60% LTV with a £995 fee has increased from 4.19% to 4.29%, and the option with a £1,495 fee has gone up to 4.24% from 4.14%.
Its existing borrower range remains unchanged.

Clydesdale Bank increases mortgage rates
Clydesdale Bank also announced rate increases of up to 0.3% and the reintroduction of select products.
For core residential borrowers including product transfer, select two- and five-year fixes at 85-95% LTV have risen by up to 0.29%.
For buy-to-let (BTL) borrowers, rate increases of 0.3% have been made to two-year fixes at 60-75% LTV.
Clydesdale Bank has raised the rates of two- and five-year fixed large loan exclusive products by as much as 0.2%, while remortgage deals in this range have risen by up to 0.15%.
Its two- and five-year fixed rates for professional borrowers will go up by as much as 0.21%.
The lender is also reintroducing its two- and five-year fixed remortgage exclusives at 85% LTV, with rates starting at 4.57%, as well as two- and five-year fixed purchase exclusives at 90% LTV, starting from 4.78%.
TSB makes reductions
TSB has announced mortgage rate cuts of up to 0.2% to its two-year fixes for first-time buyers and homemovers up to 85% LTV.
Rates now begin at 4.39% up to 60% LTV with a £995 fee, or 4.79% with no fee, up to 4.64% at 80-85% LTV with a £995 or 5.04% with no fee.
The changes apply from 21 November.
