Proptech firm OneDome has acquired mortgage broker Albany Park from Hatbox Group.
The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval and marks a step in OneDome’s strategy to simplify the home buying process and expand its services.
Last year, the firm said it would purchase mortgage broker firms to build on its acquisition of CMME earlier in 2023.
OneDome will leverage Albany Park’s industry expertise and client base for growth opportunities.
It will be integrated into the OneDome system, which connects users with estate agents, mortgage advisers, conveyancers and insurance providers with its Homebuyer Service.
The firm said its clients will gain access to expanded mortgage and financial planning services through the acquisition.
