The OneFamily Group has appointed Adam Cubitt as the head of distribution for its Beagle Street brand.
This comes after the group acquired Beagle Street in 2022, and is ahead of the term insurance and critical illness provider’s entrance into the intermediary space later this year.
Cubitt joins from AIG Life, where he worked for three years, first as a protection specialist and then as a national intermediary sales manager.
He started his career as an adviser at Howden Life and Health, before moving to the commercial team as an account manager.
Cubitt has extensive experience in protection insurance, including leading sales teams and developing growth strategies.
He will report to Holly Ewing, who joined the OneFamily Group as distribution director last year.

Cubitt (pictured) said: “OneFamily’s focus on delivering value to customers through innovative products and processes is what drew me to this role. The group’s plans to expand into the intermediary space, coupled with its dedication to putting people at the centre of its strategy, make this a truly exciting opportunity.
“I look forward to contributing to OneFamily’s vision and supporting its growth in the protection sector.”
Ewing added: “I’m delighted to welcome Adam to the team. His leadership experience and deep understanding of the intermediary market will be instrumental as we drive forward our protection business.
“This is an exciting time for the group and Adam will play a vital role in shaping our success in the intermediary space.”
